For over fifty years, I have carried a deep calling to serve families with dignity, skill, and heart. From my early days in North Carolina funeral homes to being named Funeral Director of the Year, my life’s work has been guided by the belief that every person deserves to be cared for with excellence and compassion.
Today, I build on that legacy by inspiring others—funeral professionals, healthcare teams, and leaders across North America—to rediscover the power of curiosity, connection, and purpose. Through The Jefferson Method, my speaking, and my teaching, I help organizations strengthen their culture while honoring the traditions that have shaped the profession.
Whether I’m mentoring, speaking, or co‑hosting my podcast, I bring encouragement and clarity to those who want to serve well without losing themselves.
My message is simple and timeless: when we stay curious, we grow—and when we grow, we transform the lives entrusted to us.
