An invitation-only, peer-based immersion for privately held funeral homes seeking real-world insight into how a legacy firm has successfully evolved its operations, service design, and leadership culture.
“This immersion is designed for owners who want to see how real decisions are made inside a successful family firm — not hear how they should be made.”
This is not a conference. There are no vendors, no speakers selling frameworks, and no breakout rooms filled with theory.
This is a working immersion inside Robinson Funeral Homes & Memorial Gardens—a fifth-generation, family-owned firm that has successfully modernized without losing its relational core.
Participants will spend two days in candid, off-the-record conversation with peers and leadership, exploring how strategy, service design, culture, and operational discipline actually function inside a high-performing family firm.
